Applying for halal certification

01

Overview

Halal Correct France has developed a halal certification procedure for applying for a halal certificate, as shown below.

The content of the audit program and any adjustments are based on the organization’s size and complexity, certification scope, products and processes. The demonstrated maturity of the management system and the results of previous audits are also taken into account.

02

Halal Correct France requirements

All organizations sign a cooperation agreement that describes the procedure for both parties in a clear, identifiable and verifiable manner. Halal Correct France is internationally recognized and operates in accordance with GSO 2055-2:2021 and ISO/IEC 17065:2012.

Halal Correct France therefore applies high standards to halal certification. The guidelines for halal slaughter, meat processing and food-production processes are defined in the Halal Standard, which is available on request.

03

Halal Correct France scheme

The new edition of our certification procedure is available to all customers and partners. The Halal Correct France Scheme 2021-2022 describes the most important aspects, definitions and procedures required for optimal preparation.
